Walks and Talks

Walks and Talks

Peterborough Museum runs daytime and evening guided walks and tours around Peterborough city centre, providing a fascinating, fun and informative look at the city’s past.

Choose a walk or tour by time, theme or subject. But before you do, here’s some general information:

  • Tours start at our meeting point at the front of Peterborough Museum, Priestgate, unless otherwise stated.
  • Tours last around 90 minutes.

  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Tours (except the Candlelit Museum tour) are suitable for wheelchair users.
  • Tours happen whatever the weather – there are plenty of places to shelter en route if necessary.

  • Our guides are Blue Badge or Peterborough City Guide qualified.

We are currently reviewing the range of talks we offer to groups, clubs and societies so they are not available to book at present. Please contact us on 01733 864663 or email museum@vivacity-peterborough.com to find out more.
