Key Theatre enjoys a Spring makeover

Posted on 3 January 2012

If you’ve been to the Key Theatre in recent weeks you may have noticed some building work to the side and rear of the building.

A £1m investment from Peterborough City Council has funded a major building project which will give the theatre some much needed new backstage facilities including dressing rooms, scenery storage and new offices. These exciting improvements are set to be completed later this spring, and as a result of these essential works, the theatre will be closed throughout January and February.

But, fear not, we will still be taking bookings before we open the doors again at the beginning of March with a great new season of shows in the 360-seat auditorium and 94-seat studio theatre.

As always, there will be a great selection of comedy, drama, music and dance and there’s sure to be something for everyone.

As part of the new season we will be offering some early-bird and group booking ticket offers for many of the productions.

Call the box office on 01733 207239 for details.

We look forward to welcoming you back to the Key Theatre.
