Summer School

KYT Summer School is widely regarded as the biggest and best in the region, and rightly so, and 2012 marks the 21st year of Summer School, that’s right Summer School is 21!!!

The Key Summer School involves acting, movement, music and singing, plus
loads of fun too! If you’ve never been, don’t miss out!

The Key has a fantastic mix of interesting, talented young people guided by professional actors, dancers and musicians. It really is the experience of a lifetime and a great way to make new friends!

This year’s event will again take place at the Key’s fantastic studio facilities, with Saturday’s performance in the main auditorium. Summer School offers you fantastic value for money because your children will:

• be fully supervised in a safe, controlled area by fully CRB checked staff.

• learn and develop new skills in a creative, dynamic environment.

• receive a Summer School T-Shirt to KEEP!

• attend a brilliant end of week party / disco.

And if that’s not enough YOU will receive at least TWO FREE tickets to the fantastic end of week performance.

Students can expect fun – but intensive – training in a number of areas of theatrical work. Based on ‘The Musicals’, the programme gives young people an opportunity of working with top professional performers whilst furthering their knowledge of acting, singing, movement and other theatre techniques. There will be an on-stage presentation of the student’s work each Saturday at 3pm, followed by an end of week party.

WEEK 2 – July 30 – August 4
