Paul Collings – KYT Director

Paul has been running KYT for 8 years. A professional actor for over 20 years, Paul has appeared on stage all over the country in many productions and also on TV. In the West End and on tour, Paul played ‘Mickey’ in Willy Russell’s ‘Blood Brothers’ for over 3000 performances!

Lisa Collings – KYT Choreographer

A former KYT member, Lisa is KYT’s resident Choreographer and as well as many Summer Schools, has also choreographed KYT productions such as OUR DAY OUT,
DREAM NIGHTS, RENT and TWELFTH NIGHT FEVER!

Mark Curtis – Workshop Leader

A product of the early days of KYT, Mark has forged a successful career as an actor, producer and workshop leader since leaving university. A well known face to Key Theatre audiences, Mark also runs his own theatre company ‘Yaller Skunk’.

Sam Thackray – Workshop Leader

Also an ex-KYTer, Sam trained at The Liverpool Institute of the Performing Arts and since graduating in 2009, has appeared in many professional productions across the country. Sam also writes and performs his own one man shows!

Luke Woodward – Workshop Leader

Luke has been teaching at KYT for over 7 years and is also a vital cog in the Summer School wheel. Luke also works as a stage manager for KYT productions and as a backstage crew member at the Key.

Volunteers

At KYT we also operate a volunteer system where members of the senior group are invited to come along and help out at sessions.
