The Peterborough Lido will be officially opened for the summer season by the Mayor of Peterborough, Councillor George Simons on Saturday 25 May at 9.30am and the general public are invited to attend.

In celebration of the opening day Vivacity Culture and Leisure will be inviting residents and visitors to receive FREE entry to this historic building on the day.
The Lido offers three heated outdoor swimming pools, large sun-bathing terraces, a large grass lawn and playground – with hot and cold food available from the new onsite café and eating area, the Lido is the perfect venue for a fun family day out.

Customer information
Children using the pool under the age of eight must be accompanied and supervised by a parent/guardian or a suitable, responsible adult who is at least 18 years old.
The responsible adult must be in the pool at the same time as the child. Children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by at least one adult. An adult may accompany up to two children between 5 and 8 years old. Vivacity operates a suitable swimwear policy that must be followed at all times.
