Disability Sports

At Vivacity we believe that sport and physical activity is important for all and should be accessible for people of all abilities. We run a weekly timetable of various sports outside of school hours to support children and adults of all ages with disabilities.

Our coaches are all highly qualified and are able to deliver sessions to people of all ages and all key stages to fit in with their specific needs. We deliver a programme of various sports and activities throughout the week across the city.  We work closely with the children’s school and family to plan a tailored programme of activity to support their needs and development

You are able to enjoy a range of fully inclusive sports and exercise opportunities in a safe, structured and friendly environment. Our fun sessions are for people with sensory, learning or physical disabilities, long-term health or mental health conditions and those on the autism spectrum.

Sports on offer include: archery, boccia bowls, swimming, adapted cycling, basketball and rebound therapy. A full timetable is available at

We are also able to offer sessions on a one to one and group basis with pupils at your school location to meet your requirements within curriculum time.
