Summer Reading Challenge 2017 - coming from 15th July

Summer Reading Challenge

Sniff out your local library from Saturday 15th July, to sign up for Animal Agents.

Children aged 4-11 are invited to join the awesome Animal Agents, a whole host of clever creatures, ready to solve all kinds of crimes! You’ll find them sleuthing their way into libraries this summer, when you take part in the 2017 Summer Reading Challenge.

Complete the Challenge by reading six library books over the summer holidays, and receive an Animal Agents certificate.

This band of furry, slippery and feathered friends is specially trained to use their skills and natural instincts to unravel mysteries – with a huge helping of fun along the way.

Sign up and get a free collector folder to keep your special Animal Agents stickers, designed by the fabulous artist Tony Ross.  Help the Animal Agents solve three mysteries by collecting your evidence stickers for each book you read.

Collect all six stickers and special giveaways as you read. It’s fun, it’s mysterious, and, best of all, it’s totally FREE.

The challenge is suitable for ages 4-11, but younger siblings can take part in our mini-challenge and collect stickers for books shared at home.

The Summer Reading Challenge website is now live all year round. You can find out about great books you might want to read, play games and more!

Last year, more than 2000 children across Peterborough took part in the Reading Challenge.

By giving us your email below and registering your interest in the Summer Reading Challenge, we can remind you when it is time to sign up and keep you updated as the challenge progresses.
