Unlike our mainstream programme, FINS swimmers receive extra support in the water by being accompanied by a parent or carer whilst qualified swimming teachers lead core skills poolside.
Sessions take place at 7-8pm on Friday at the Regional Fitness and Swimming Centre and progress to Saturday afternoon at 2-4pm at Jack Hunt Pool.
Our sessions cost £81 per 12 week block or £25 per month via Direct Debit.
In addition, we run an open sensory swimming session 8-9pm on Friday evenings at the Regional Fitness and Swimming Centre. Sessions cost £2.00 per child, or are free to our FINS swimmers.
To book your place, please request a FINS swimming lesson registration form by calling 01733 864 000. You will need to complete a registration form in order to be advised of the correct swimming lesson for your child.
