Walking provides an enjoyable, low-impact exercise that can be done easily in a a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. It reduces the risk of many long term health conditions such as heart disease, stroke and high blood pressure.

Nordic walks take place every week across Peterborough. Upon completion of our 4 week course, walks are FREE for members and £4 for non- members.
