Stanground Library has the following facilities available for use:

  • Free Wi-Fi
  • A children’s area
  • Copying
  • Adaptive Technology which allows access to computing for those
    with disabilities
  • Computers for public use

Regular activities and events

  • Rhyme Time and Story Time – Tuesdays 2.15pm to 2.45pm
  • Adult reading group – Second Thursday of the month between 10am-11am, looking for new members!

Family History Session

  • First and third Tuesday in the month 3.30pm-5.00pm

Knit and Natter group

  • Do you like knitting?
  • Old, young, beginners, skilled, male, female, knitter or maybe you’re more of a crocheter. In this group everyone works at their own level and speed. This is ideal if you have never attempted knitting before and want to learn the basics. If you already knit, it’s a great way to share your experience. Everyone welcome!
  • Every other Tuesday 1.45pm-3.15pm.  Please contact library staff for date of sessions.
